Pro Bono Services
The firm provides pro bono legal assistance to individuals and to charitable and not-for-profit organisations that cannot otherwise afford legal counsel. These matters are handled with the same care, preparation and responsibility as every other matter the firm takes up.
Access to justice is a constitutional promise, and the legal profession shares the duty of making it real. Whether to take up a matter without fee is decided after reviewing its merits and checking for conflicts of interest, in keeping with the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Bar Council of India Rules.
