Mr. Raghuvanshi is a Founding Partner of KAP JURIS & CO LLP. He advises and represents individuals, businesses, and professionals in regulatory, fiscal, and technology-driven disputes. His work includes defending clients in enforcement proceedings and challenging adverse orders before the appropriate forums.

Mr. Pandey is the Founding Partner of KAP JURIS & CO LLP. He appears regularly before the NCLT, Hon’ble Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India, advising on disputes where commercial strategy and statutory design are closely linked. His advocacy rests on doctrinal clarity, and understanding not just what the law provides, but why it is framed that way and how courts are likely to read it. He is also an active writer and speaker on insolvency jurisprudence, corporate accountability and economic offences, seeing the articulation of law as inseparable from its practice.
